Loved the rooftop bar and pool with stunning sunset views. the convenient shuttle service to the beach was a game changer!

My stay was in a Guest Room with Complimentary Beach & Mall Shuttle Bus. The room was super clean and really comfortable. The bathroom was nice too—a good size! I loved that the pool had amazing views across Dubai, looking at landmarks like Burj Khalifa. Staff were friendly and helped with my early check-in, which was a nice touch. Overall, a great spot!

Rooms need serious attention!!! I encountered a strong smoking odor on a non-smoking floor, noisy mechanical rooms, and a dirty bathroom throughout my stay. Cleaning standards simply must improve for future guests!!!

we had an incredible 10-night stay at metropolitan hotel. the staff, especially yuki and meena, made us feel like family from the start. the room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool had stunning views. my daughter’s birthday was made special by yuki’s thoughtful service. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, which we all enjoyed.

We loved our stay at this hotel with our family dog! The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our experience special. Waqar and Khaled at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained.

In my wife’s opinion, a better selection of breakfast options would be great.

Had an amazing time with friends! We loved visiting the Marina and checking out the downtown scene. The staff was super helpful with all our requests, and we enjoyed the tasty breakfast every morning. The location is perfect too, with a metro station just a short walk away. Definitely recommend staying here for a fun group vacation!
